[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide document scanning and archiving services to digitize and archive historical records in the form of paper case files, maps and plans, mylars and sepias, and images stored on microfilm and microfiche in TIFF and PDF file format.
(2) Approximately work volume will be 1 million images stored on 35mm microfilm rolls, 2 million images stored on 16mm microfilm rolls, 2.7 million images stored on flat microfiche records, 1700 sheets of mylar or sepia, 2,500 photographs, 20,000 projector slides, 20,000 index cards and 3,500 case files with an average of 20 pages each.
(3) A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on December 14, 2017.
(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 19, 2017.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
