[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide financial budgeting solution that must have capability to increase or decrease the previous year’s budget by accounts by a certain percent, provide for a detailed expenditure plan for each line-item combination, capability for decentralized budget entry, etc.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 5, 2017.
(3) A mandatory pre-proposal and site tour will be held on December 8, 2017.

Global (World-wide)
[D] Work Performance:
Global, companies from all over the world can apply for this. However, some tasks will be required to be performed on-site and Vendor may need to visit client location for offsite meetings.
