[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide reconnect media campaign services to reach out to adults who do not have a college degree including those adults with some college credits, to enrol at a community or technical college using the reconnect grant and attain a degree or certificate using radio, television, cable, outdoor or other media, and audience reach and frequency expectations.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 20, 2017.
(3) A pre-proposal conference will be held on September 11, 2017.
(4) A notice of intent to respond deadline will be September 15, 2017.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
