[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide transit passenger mobile device application to inform riders of each KAT bus location and the time the bus is predicted to arrive at a bus stop. it is expected the app will be easy to use and promote ridership of the public transit system.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 23, 2017.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
