(1) Vendor needs to provide microforms to digital image scanning and indexing services.
(2) A minimum work volume will be approximately index 100,000 aperture cards and 300,000 microfiche images.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2017.
(4) A pre-proposal conference will be held on August 9, 2017.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
