[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide branding services to research, create, and develop an implementation plan for a community branding initiative, develop strategic objectives that will include implementation, management and ongoing promotion of the brand and develop creative elements that should include design concepts, logos, messages, tagline, and other products to support the overall brand initiative and website design, media placement, public relations.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2017.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
