(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural, engineering, design and construction services inculding transportation infrastructure, feasibility, design, urban development, support and management, implementation from concept through design to construction closeout, materials, equipment, labor and ancillary items to the government authority located in Nashville, TN.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
