[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide supplier registration services and solution for assisting new and existing suppliers with successful registration as an ORNL supplier in SAP Ariba SLP.
- The Company shall provide the Seller’s point of contact to suppliers that are invited to register
- The Company shall provide the Seller with suppliers that require registration
- The Company shall provide the Seller access to SAP Ariba SLP
- Using supplier quick reference guide for SAP Ariba, the seller shall provide suppliers with assistance necessary to complete registration
- The seller shall log problems, bottlenecks, and issues with each registration and retain the logs
for inspection by the Company upon request
- The seller shall provide the company a monthly summary of categorized problem areas
- The seller shall provide recommendations for process improvements, as applicable
- The seller shall meet established supplier set up service levels
- The seller shall submit a monthly metrics package
- The seller shall execute the continuous improvement plan
