[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive database of advertising signs services
- To develop a comprehensive database of on-premise and off-premise advertising signs
- The selected vendor will be tasked with preparing a database schema to capture all relevant information regarding advertising signs – on-premise and off-premise creating a comprehensive database of all advertising signs in formats compatible with both Microsoft Excel and ArcGIS, matching any identified sign or sign structure to signs currently licensed and implementing quality assurance and control measures to ensure all advertising signs and sign structures are included, accurately categorized, and not duplicated
- Data on the existing licensed signs in the current database.
(2) A Voluntary pre-proposal meeting will be held on August 15, 2022
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 22, 2022.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
