Government Authority located in Nashville, Tennessee; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for tobacco cessation services for pregnant users.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide tobacco cessation services for pregnant users to the government authority located in Nashville, TN.
- Offer health education and cessation counseling support that includes all tobacco products at a minimum, utilizes the core components
- Provide an objective and measurable method of monitoring the smoking status and/or Tobacco use of Enrollee during each month of program enrollment.
- Provide all materials in English and Spanish to the State for approval prior to implementation of any changes to the program materials
- The Contractor shall create and maintain relationships with merchants who agree to accept the designated non-cash incentives and have locations that are convenient to the enrollees
- The Contractor shall electronically track program Enrollee and non-cash incentives that are distributed and redeemed and provide that information to the State by county. The Contractor shall, within ten (10) business days after the end of each calendar month, provide to the State monthly raw data and data analysis as requested by the State
- Electronic Referral Portal System:
- The Contractor shall provide, after review and approval by the State, an electronic referral portal system that is compliant with minimum user capacity of seven hundred fifty (750) concurrent users to refer pregnant individuals using tobacco products to a county health department site
- The Contractor shall ensure that the Electronic Referral Portal System:
- includes instructions on how to enter referrals into the system and the how to determine the status of each individual referred;
- contains, at a minimum, a menu of program locations to which the client may be referred;
- provides client contact information to the receiving program site, based on client program location preference;
- tracks time between referral and action on entry
- Training Requirements:
- Provide training for the Program Facilitators who administer the program, with three (3) trainings per year, either virtually or in person. The State will determine the intervals between trainings
- Provide Supplemental Program Material (disposable patient consumable equipment) packages necessary to administer the program.
- Provide brochures to promote the program to potential clients, plus shipping and handling charges until the contract is expired.
(2) Notice of Intent to Respond must be submitted no later than August 12, 2022
(3) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on August 11, 2022
(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2022.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
