Government Authority located in Columbia, Tennessee; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for employee compensation study services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide employee compensation study services to the government authority located in Columbia, TN.
- Attend an initial meeting with the city manager, HR director and other members of the city’s management team to discuss goals, objectives and strategies related to the compensation and classification study.
- Review existing job descriptions, job classifications and pay ranges.
- While the need for organization-wide surveys to evaluate job description accuracy is not expected, some surveys of employees and supervisors may be necessary on a narrow, case by case basis.
- Perform labor market survey of employers within the city’s target employment area in order to establish prevailing wages for like positions. Survey will be based upon duties as well as job title. The survey instrument and the list of employers to be surveyed shall require prior approval by the city’s HR director.
- Work with city management to develop employment or wage strategy consistent with employment goals of the city.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
