(1) Vendor needs to provide medical and consultative services to the government authority located in Nashville, TN.
- Seeking the provision of up to 1,200 visits to a local clinic that can provide referred students with limited health care or treatment for routine illnesses.
- Referred students shall arrange their own transportation to the clinic during its working hours.
- Service providers shall be available to coordinate continued care as needed at a sliding scale cost
accessible to the student patient as directed by the clinic care provider.
