(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic partner to engage in consultation and development of a five year EL master plan focused on building capacity and shared ownership, systems improvement, and strategic planning leading to significant academic and linguistic improvements for English learner.
- To build the district's capacity to plan and implement strong policies and practices that help English learners develop the social, emotional, cultural, academic, and linguistic skills to graduate college and career ready.
- Assist in developing effective approaches for integrating student, family and community voices into the planning process.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2022.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
