Government Authority located in Tennessee; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for video interview segments development, production and airing services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide development, production, and airing services for monthly video interview segments via a targeted advertising campaign.
- The respondent must be able to ensure that these video interview segments are educational and filmed in a public interview style.
- To develop, edit and produce ten (10) video interview segments that are ninety (90) seconds long: TV airtime (90-second with a 30-second edited option), social media ads, boosted social media posts, and any other advertising, marketing, and public relations tools.
- To edit and produce ten (10) video interview segments that are thirty (30) seconds long. The ten (10) video interview segments that are thirty (30) seconds long shall be derivatives of the content of each ninety (90) second video interview segment. For twenty (20) video segments in total.
- The contractor and the state shall mutually plan the content of the video interview segments including, but not limited to the scripting and filming locations. The video interview segments shall be produced with the assistance of Contractor’s creative team and producers. The contractor understands and agrees that the State shall be consulted throughout the development and production of the video interview segments regarding decisions to be made in connection therewith. The video interview segments shall be developed as “man on the street,” question and-answer style interviews that include members of the public and a subject matter expert.
- The contractor shall provide at minimum two (2) rounds of revisions to each video interview segment, and the parties shall mutually agree on the final versions of each video interview segment.
- The contractor shall ensure the video interview segments reach a minimum number of seventy-five thousand (75,000) impressions per month via television.
- The contractor shall ensure the video interview segments reach a minimum number of seventy-five thousand (75,000) Impressions per month via OTT/streaming.
- The contractor shall ensure the video interview segments reach a minimum number of forty thousand (40,000) impressions per month via social media platforms.  
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 3, 2022.
(3) A pre-proposal conference will be held on July 27, 2022.
(4) A notice of intent to respond will be due on July 29, 2022.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
