[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide development of an enterprise-wide access control system utilizing software controlled electronic door locking systems for managed access to building entry, room entry, event scheduling, and access management and notification to the government authority located in Memphis, TN.
- Software must be compatible with at least Microsoft Windows 10 operating systems
- Server-based software should be compatible with the latest version of Microsoft Windows Server
- Database should be at least latest version of MySQL or Oracle
- Browser-based user interface compatible with Chrome, Firefox, Edge
- Software must allow for schedules for programming doors, gates, and elevators for one time as well as ongoing events
- Allow to create customized reports and scheduled reports
- Ability to have multiple users with different levels of security in software
- Ability to enable and disable credentials in real-time
- Must have event logging for real-time analysis as well as historical events
- Ability to remotely open and close doors, gates, etc. in real-time
- Allow the ability for external software to access the database for creating custom reports
- Software will utilize one database that is updated in real time or at least every 30 minutes for credential updates
- Ability to integrate to AVIGILON camera system in event of alarms
- Ability to integrate with blackboard transact for credential data
- Ability to integrate with university’s ERP (Banner) system for demographic data and access assignment
- Use of mobile and card credentials (card only if the person does not have mobile access)
- Cloud-based access control software
- Central control systems for hardware and software with dashboard views
- Contactless access and smart cards available
- Mobile app networking
- Engine software with the same hardware
- Multi-factor authentication available
- Fully managed solutions
- Digital apps and mobile control solutions
- Interconnected locks (multi-authenticate once, pass all of them)
