[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic monitoring program services to the government authority located in Clinton, TN.
- Provide all equipment and services necessary to implement and maintain a comprehensive electronic monitoring program.
- The County desires an electronic monitoring system that uses global positioning satellite (GPS) technology and has ability to identify the offender, monitor his/her presence, and detect unauthorized absences at a specific location.
- The electronic monitoring system and services shall include:
- 24/7 monitoring
- Active and Passive GPS monitoring
- Radio Frequency (RF) monitoring technology
- Monthly billing
- monitoring services to include violation reporting, success rates, how compliance with court orders is achieved, reporting, record keeping and knowledge of applicable law.
- Proposals must provide the following
- Number of years vendor has been in operation
- Number of current customers
- Hiring and training processes
- Certifications and licensures applicable to the proposed work
(2) The contract period will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
