Educational Organization located in Tennessee; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for public relations and communication services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide public relations and communication services to develop a formalized marketing plan including advertisement, monthly communication goals, rebranding and introduction of a new director of schools and new and exciting programs in the district.
• Develop a formalized marketing plan including advertisement with monthly goals to improve county school community presence
• Develop agency annual report to be shared with community members, leaders, and stakeholders
• Develop a district level communication team meeting schedule
• Attend district level communication team meetings
• Evaluate data regarding social media, news media, and website use. Develop a plan to increase positive posts in all areas.
• Within the proposed marketing plan, the successful applicant will detail services which will assist the district with training, templates and oversights while drafting and developing responses to the following needs and interest of the district:
• Rebranding of the district in the community,
• Introduction of the district’s new “director of schools”,
• Design of a new logo to represent the district,
• Community newsletter monthly.
• Press Releases, regular articles for the local papers and web sites including photographs of school district activities,
• Training for stakeholder groups in verbal and written communication norms within the organization.
• Assistance with administrative and teacher efforts to communicate with parents.
• Board support to enhance communication regarding related topics.
• Special projects as determined by the director of schools and his designee.
• Other public relations and communications functions as determined by the director of schools and his designee.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 5, 2022.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
