[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud-based computer aided dispatch and records management system.
- Provide a new cloud-based (remotely hosted) computer aided dispatch and records management system.
- This system will be used to track all in-coming calls for service and reporting of all crimes reported to the department.
• System proposed must be a cloud-based (SAAS) solution
• Vendor must submit a full questionnaire
• System must have full auditing and digital logging capabilities including daily log entries with timestamp and user ID
• System must be CJIS and TIBRS compliant with the ability to upload to TIBRS weekly
• System must include a property and evidence module
• System must include a use of force module
• System must include a crime analysis module.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 21, 2022
(3) The contract period will be for five years.

- Onshore (USA ONLY);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite.
