[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide banking services to the government authority located in Shelby, TN.
• Ability to pay for banking services via compensating balance
• Including banking supplies such as check stock, deposit tickets, deposit bags, and coin wrappers
• Provide one concentration account
• Provide multiple depository and controlled-disbursement accounts with a nightly sweep to the concentration account
• Third-party safekeeping
• Public Funds Deposit Account
• Provide an online banking services platform
• Receipt of Daily reporting of current day and prior day activity in reporting
 and BAI files
• Images of deposits, checks cleared and bank notices
• Wire transfer and ACH services
• Image cash letter processing
• Remote deposit services
• Positive Pay or Payee Positive Pay
• Minimum $75M daylight overdraft protection
• Availability of funds for same-day deposits
• Monthly Statements and Account Analysis
• Collection and Deposit Services
• Vault services
• Account reconciliation services
• Stop payment services/void check services
• Change services
• Dedicated customer service for Shelby County banking clients
