[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide transportation management support software.
- Shall have reporting capability for download into excel for manipulation.
- Shall be able to key both a vendor estimates and actual cost and maintain in system for historical purposes.
- Shall have “checkbook” functionality in order to reconcile funding versus expenditures.
- Shall be able to differentiate fiscal year funding versus fiscal year expenditures.
- Shall be able to maintain checkbook functionality based on each fiscal year’s funding.
- Capability to print reports from search queries.
- Access to equipment validation tool for current, first and second future authorization documents.
- System maintenance must be scheduled between the hours of (2000-0500) and notification shall be sent to all users for all disruptions in service, regardless of scheduling status.

- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite.
