[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide business continuity planning engagement services
- A Business Continuity Planning (BCP) Engagement is divided into three phases to encompass risk analysis, business impact analysis and service availability strategy sessions
- Risk Assessment:
- Desires to identify and assess all risks to our critical business processes and systems for each entity listed. Required Risks to be assessed must include cyber risk, staffing risks, single points of failure, critical business processes, retirements, recruitment etc. Areas of interest include System/Campus Operations, Industrial Control Systems, and Research
- Business Impact Analysis:
- Identify critical business functions and processes.
- Identify critical functions/business process owners.
- Identify shared/overlapping risks vs individual risks.
- Analyze the impacts of an interruption to these functions and processes and determine the availability requirement for each.
- Identify the components (dependencies) that support the critical areas analyzed in terms of information and communications services
- Service Availability Strategy:
- Identify multiple strategies for ensuring the continued availability of user services which are appropriate for The University and individual campuses and institutes.
- Identify core infrastructure services required to support business functions
- Identify multiple strategies for ensuring the continued availability of core services.
- This strategy will build on information from the following sources at a minimum:
- Business Impact Analysis reports
- Bidder’s previous experience designing and testing disaster facilities for universities and other large organizations
- A thorough examination of current services being provided.
- Existing documentation.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 25, 2022.

Global, companies from all over the world can apply for this. However, Some task will be done onsite.
