[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
- Vendor needs to provide charter buses service for band to the government authority located in Murfreesboro, TN.
- The bus driver's contact information must be provided to the agency’s secretary at least three days prior to the scheduled pick-up date.
- The driver's twenty-four-hour reliable cell phone contact information must be provided.
- Company service representative's twenty-four-hour reliable cell phone contact information must be provided.
- Radio or cell phone communication between drivers.
- The bus driver must have directions to the predetermined location.
- All drivers must be professional and experienced.
- Driver must be receptive to college age students.
- No fuelling while team is on board.
- Bus and driver will remain with the band at all times, from pick up until return and be available to transport band for meals.
- Bus must be on-time and ready to load at spot time.
- Accommodate a minimum of 56 passengers.
- Be 2014 or newer-have fully working wireless internet access, satellite preferable.
- Have electrical outlets on both sides of the bus for computer use-be equipped with a fully functional DVD player and all overhead TVs.
- Fully functional as well-working and well-maintained air conditioning and heating unit-working, lean, and well maintained on board restroom.
- Buses to be equipped with functional emergency exits and clean underneath storage
- Must allow for food and drinks with lids on board.
