[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide inmate communications system and services.
- The inmate telephone system shall only allow prepaid calls except for those telephone numbers designated by the county sheriff’s department.
- The system shall allow call passing for free calls to the Public Defender, bail bondsmen, or other
numbers at the discretion of the Office. The system shall have call timing to preset the maximum call length time. The system shall have fraud protection against hook switch calls, credit card calls, directory assistance calls, call forwarding, conference calls, etc. The system shall not be capable of receiving incoming calls.
- INVESTIGATIVE TOOLS: The system shall provide investigative tools listed below.
● Ability to create alerts that can be set as interactive with live monitoring of calls and videos, via
phone call and email notification
● Ability to provide remote monitoring from outside the agency physical plant by detectives or
others as deemed necessary by administration.
● Investigative reports showing shared destination
● Investigative reports showing frequently called numbers
● Investigative reports showing customer to inmate relations
● Investigative reports showing credit card payments from suspect accounts
● Investigative reports showing high volume users and customer accounts
(2) A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on May 19, 2022.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
