[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide medical and prescription drug stop loss insurance services to the government authority located in Chattanooga, TN.
- Cover both medical and prescription drug claims including prescription drug claims from the onsite pharmacy.
- Cover claims from all health plan administrators and pharmacy benefit managers providing services for agency.
- Except standard reporting from all plan administrators to process reimbursements for members exceeding the specific deductible.
- Provide monthly reporting on all claim reimbursements.
- Deliver each renewal 90 days prior to the end of any policy period.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 12, 2022.
(3) Contract term will be one year.
