[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide epic messaging application must support HTTP POST method and posts key-value pairs using application/x-www-form-urlencoded, application/json or application/xml content types.
- Minimum 250,000 SMS messages per month
- Using WEB API.
- There are two types of ways a vendor can support outgoing text messages from Epic (Web API or Email Gateway).
- Applications that can be used with SMS in Epic include:
o Cadence - quick reminders and updates, appointment notifications, touch free patient arrival
o Inpatient - friends and family notifications of admission
o Urgent Care - event triggered patient messages
o MyCHART - tickler and messages, instant activation messages
o OpTime - case reminders, visitor updates for surgeries
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 17, 2022.
(3) An intent to quote will be due on May 17, 2022.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
