[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide media buying and placement services to research, plan, develop and execute paid media plans to build and maintain brand awareness, as well as drive enrollment.
- Developing and executing paid media plans forthree primary University campaigns
- Integrating all aspects of marketing communication including paid traditional and digital media, social media, web, branded content and collateral, video production, photography and media relations
- Targeting local, regional and national audiences
- Tracking and reporting out on measurable outcomes from marketing communication activities
- collaborate to form strategic recommendations and efficientlyexecute UofM’s media planning and buying program, including research and information sharing, planning, optimization, analytics and reporting
- Negotiate and place media buys, both traditional and digital media
- Review media invoices to ensure placements and costs are accurate
- Monitor media buys for effectiveness and to ensure running as ordered
-Utilize research and market insights to develop strategic recommendations for budget allocation, market prioritization and channel mix. Leverage paid media partnerships and placements as a means to effectively distribute and amplify owned and earned content.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 5, 2022.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite and Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
