(1) Vendor needs to provide stop loss coverage services for its employee benefits program to the government authority located in Chattanooga, TN.
- The county is requesting individual stop loss for our employee medical plan. The contract should
include both medical and pharmacy claims. The claims for the onsite pharmacy should also be included.
(2) All questions had been submitted no later than May 2, 2022.
(3) Contract term will be three years.
