[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide web-based human resources information system.
- Interface with existing ERP software.
- Must be able to fully communicate and interface with current payroll system, Munis, including ability to export timesheet data to Munis.
- Web-based solution, accessible from most web browsers.
- Integrated timekeeping system, including employee entry of hours worked and timesheets.
- Reports or data analysis packaged with software, and tools for ad hoc or custom reports, with various output options - print, email, PDF, Excel, etc.
- Output and export of data, forms and documents to print, PDF, email, etc. - Provide training for employees.
1. Recruitment Management:
- User-friendly online application process.
- Application and resume screening. - Management of job fairs.
2. New Hire Management:
- Detailed onboarding system.
- Transfer of applicant data from application to designated forms.
3. Talent and Employee Management:
- Employee data management.
- Automation of FMLA tracking - Creation of employee surveys to gather feedback.
- Automated generation of exit interviews.
4. Employee Training:
- eLearning - Provide pre-developed content and provide authoring tools for creation of digital content
- Tracking of employee training, including automated generation of training notifications and reminders
- Coaching and development
- Professional development - testing, tracking, training alerts
- Succession planning - career road mapping and development
5. Employee Performance Management:
- Employee evaluation system - creating and tracking capabilities
- Competency tests, key performance indicators
6. Employee Access to Data:
- Employee self-service online program for inquiry.
- Employee entry of timesheet and hours works via a mobile friendly web-based program and mobile phone app.
7. Forms Management:
- Policy and procedure manual
- Forms
- Capability to identify incomplete information and send notifications of required data.
- Workflow or approvals automated for multi-person approval process, and email notification of approvers.
- Workflow permissions segmented by department code for personnel action forms.
- Include e-signature option.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 25, 2022.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
