[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide online banking services to the government authority located in Germantown, TN.
- Recognizes the unique nature of banking relationships and the need to maintain our level of service and seeks to establish a banking relationship that yields the highest level of service and interest, at the lowest administrative cost, with the greatest amount of flexibility.
- The banking institution must provide professional and reliable banking and related accounting services.
- All services shall be provided on an as-needed, if-needed basis to the sole satisfaction of the city.
- The banking institution shall conduct all activities/services according to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations for the duration of its relationship with the city.
- The banking institution must provide collateralization on all deposits.
(2) A virtual pre-proposal meeting will be held on April 12, 2022.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than April 19, 2022.

- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite.
