[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide real property acquisition services to the government authority located in Nashville, TN.
- Provide all services necessary for property acquisition, including but not limited to identifying and recommending sites for lease or purchase, conducting market value analyses, leading negotiations, managing closing activities, obtaining associated approvals and permits, and performing other related services as needed. In addition to advising on site acquisition for currently identified projects, the selected entity will also be expected to provide advice and guidance to the Agency about future regional development plans, including new housing and employment centers, that will generate demand for expanded transit service
- Services provided to the Agency through this engagement will include but not be limited to: - Site Identification for lease/purchase/easement
- Site Identification for shared use (i.e., shopping center available excess parking space, facilities with limited use hours (event venues, etc)
- Ownership /Availability Research
- Site Condition Investigation
- Risk Analysis
- Market Analysis – Present and Future Trends
- Existing Land Use Analysis
- Zoning/Land Use Conversion Analysis
- Property and Surrounding Area Value Analysis
- Transportation/Mobility Access and Constraints Analysis
- Lease/Purchase Analysis, Recommendations, and Negotiations
- Easement Acquisition and Negotiation
- Permits and Approvals
- Appraisals.
(2) A virtual pre-proposal meeting will be held on March 28, 2022
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than April 5, 2022.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
