[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide route planning software that enables users to create, add and modify potential transit routes. The solution must be able to calculate area demographics including household, income, minorities and age while using standard general transit feed specification (GTFS) or provide the addition of new data sets like Excel.
- The software must also provide the capability to review costing and service data.
• Create new route and schedule scenarios
• Edit existing route and schedule scenarios
• Provide population, employment, and demographic analysis including Title VI and LEP
• Be exportable to Excel, PDF, Word, KML, Shapefile, other formats and text files
• Use GTFS, GIS and other available data directly without additional downloads or integration tools
• Access through standard web browsers like Explorer, Chrome, Firefox or Safari
• Must be able to export GTFS files
• The solution shall have the flexibility to support existing and future operations including changes in user roles, services and fleets.
• The solution shall allow migration to updated versions of software and operating systems.
• The solution shall have drag and drop interfaces allowing for easy creation and editing of schedule and route scenarios, as well as editing of existing routes.
• The solution will provide live costing, and resource utilization estimates including connectivity and route timing.
• The solution shall include reporting capabilities to generate both standard reports based on pre-established criteria, as well as customized reports based on user-definable set of search criteria.
• The solution shall be portable; the source code shall be transferable to other computers using the same hardware and operating system without any modifications or use of hardware key.
• The solution shall be reasonably scalable to newer, higher performance hardware of operating systems.
(2) Contract term will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
