[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide turnkey scalable solution for tracking assets, vehicles, and personnel using Satellite Global Positioning System (GPS) remote sensing units that once installed can wirelessly transmit data and/or telemetry to a software provider where the collected data will be stored and used by County personnel to increase departmental efficiency.
• web-based user interface platform, cost, experience providing similar scope and scale for other municipalities or governmental agencies, customer service, and GPS hardware
• Ability to change passwords, change email used, set update interval, adjust account settings.
• Ability to set, create, draw, establish and name landmarks, both globally (e.g. across multiple groups and users) and specific (e.g. to certain groups and specific users).
• Ability to set hard mount triggers, configurations, tolerances, or other designated hard mount functions.
• Ability to modify, change, enter new data for tracking users, and other attributes associated with tracking user modifications (e.g.: mileage, make, model, year, internal inventory numbers, VIN, and name).
• System users ability to setup (e.g.: assign roles, responsibilities, passwords, and reset settings) for individuals that will be using the software
• Ability to view individual or groups of tracking users on a map in real or most recent refresh/ping.
• Ability to identify and visually see whether users are stopped, idling, moving and in what direction. • Ability to change or toggle labels on and off for tracking users.
• Ability to show tracking users in relation to landmarks or other geographic fences.
• Ability to see users in a table or other display of user by number, name, date and time, last known ping, list of groups, locations, stopped/idle/movement, events, violations or alerts.
• Ability to export any and all data into multiple formats.
• Ability to follow a single user or group
• Ability to identify or search users or groups based on a search of a user defined location and timeframe
• Ability to export any and all data into multiple formats.
• Ability to map history of user and groups to re-create pattern of movement on the map like a replay
• Time management software integration
• Work order software integration
• Fuel management
• Telemetry about engine.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 18, 2022.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite and Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
