[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide client database and case management system that is flexible, allowing changes to data collection fields easily and able to produce reports that match changing funder's requirements.
- system should also provide a high quality, user friendly, person centered data management system that expedites client initial engagement, assessment, intake, enrollment into programs, and reporting while supporting the analysis of quality information that can be used for program improvements, service planning, fund raising, and reporting
- database must provide a interface that enhances service providers' ability to collect and enter accurate data
- A configurable environment that allows customized data collection
- Secure data access and/or export for statistical and graphical analysis of system wide and external data
- Able to track clients who are provided services, people who seek services but can't be served, people who accompany clients as support, children that accompany clients
- Customize reports to inform internal decision-makers and gain more funding
- Ability to share only this data with partners
- Ability to create and modify client assessment forms with weighted scoring
- Ability to link cases through a unique identifier that preserves client confidentiality for different user groups.
- Ability to export to standard applications (Excel, Word, PDF, etc.)
- Ability to create custom scripts and ability to execute the query in real time
- Ability to drill down to individual client level record from aggregate report
- Provide web‐based data hosting, security, data backup procedures and off‐site storage, recovery/restorative procedures, major outage procedures and emergency technical support for the duration of the contract
- Allow for flexible multi‐funding project and service customization
- Ability to create and manage custom forms, workflows and assessments including conditional and/or jump logic and re‐order data fields and pages.
(2) A pre-offer meeting will be held on February 15, 2022.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than February 18, 2022.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
