[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide website monitoring tool for an automated tool that can monitor the university’s primary website for potential issues regarding accessibility, quality control, and search engine optimization.
- Must be a cloud-based service which provides 24/7 access
- Tool must have a user-friendly, web-based user interface
- Tool must include some form of dashboard interface
- Platform must be able to monitor at least one website with 10,000 pages. - Platform must offer automated identification of errors and issues on websites, covering at a minimum quality assurance, accessibility, and SEO
- Platform must have automated checking/crawling of webpages for issues and errors.
- The tool must include the ability to ignore, reset rules, and/or define exceptions to errors and issues.
- Quality assurance monitoring must be integrated with the service and must monitor, at a minimum, broken links, misspellings, and readability.
- Accessibility monitoring must be integrated with the service and must monitor, at a minimum, WCAG compliance, alternative image text, and mobile-related accessibility issues.
- Basic SEO monitoring of page metadata must be integrated with the service
- Must have the ability to organize specific pages and sections of the website into groups within the tool itself
- Must offer multiple user support and the ability to manage user permissions and access levels, including the ability to assign users to specific groups and restrict access (and content visibility) to groups to which they do not have access.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 24, 2022.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
