(1) Vendor needs to provide outside plant network management system for the management of outside plant refers to all of the physical cabling and supporting infrastructure such as conduit, cabinets, tower or poles and any associated hardware located between a demarcation point in a switching facility and a demarcation point in another switching center or customer premises.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 29, 2016.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
