[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide covid-19 testing services to the government authority located in Knoxville, TN.
- Must use a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) based method of testing,
- Provider must be able to accommodate walk-in patients. Provider may also set up an appointment procedure to be utilized where practicable,
- Provider must offer testing at no cost to the individual being tested regardless of medical insurance status. If individual is insured, insurance must be billed.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than February 2,2022.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (US Organizations Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
