[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide RESEA impact evaluation services to the government authority located in Nashville, TN.
- Seeks an external impact evaluation for the Re-Employment Services and Eligibility Assessment (RESEA) program
- This study should use randomized control trial design and must be consistent with the standards established, Results and findings must qualify for a high or moderate causality rating from CLEAR with strong statistical confidence.
- The Contractor shall provide a comprehensive report with clear organization and easy-to-understand language documenting the activities and results of the evaluation. In accordance with the approved Evaluation Design Plan, working outlines and interim reports shall be submitted yearly to the State in advance of the final evaluation report.
- Data file submission shall include all individual level data from the study, including identifiers and contact information, in a format specified by the State.
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on January 10, 2022
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 18, 2022
(4) Notice of intent to respond must be submitted no later than January 13, 2022.

Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
