[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide diversity employment advertising services
- A job posting service that actively advertises to diverse candidates including but not limited to racial groups, bilingual groups, veteran groups, women, etc.
- Proficiently trained on the procedures, techniques, communicative skills and record keeping required for performance of the Work
- Each of the Contractor’s personnel will be in contact with the public and will display appropriate professional appearance and demeanor. Each of the Contractor’s personnel will have a name badge or other recognizable insignia visibly displayed on their person.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 6, 2022.
(3) A contract term will be for five years.

Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
