[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide implicit bias training services to obtain essential demographic and survey data to gain insight to sensitive historical experiences and utilize knowledge to inform the development of pre/post questionnaires, forum discussion questions, and a comprehensive strategic plan that addresses varied needs; work together with HRD to develop a timeline and communication plan; create multiple option delivery approaches that take into consideration organizational structure, providing a rationale that aligns to the needs and expectations per this rfp; summarize and present documented evidence of recent successful experience with organizations/companies of similar size, needs, and demographics; coordinate plans with internal training and development leads for long term post training solutions to the government authority located in Memphis, TN.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 21, 2021.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
