[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide worksite wellness program services to its employees and desires a provider who will offer a comprehensive approach to holistic wellbeing by providing meaningful and evidence-based programming to the government authority located in Knoxville, TN.
- Implementation and Management Plan: Proposers must provide a comprehensive implementation plan and fully detail the management strategy that will be utilized.
- Engagement and Communication Strategy: Proposers(s) must provide a reliable and user-friendly customer service program for both participants and administration that supports recruitment and retention through robust participant engagement.
- Provide a customized communication strategy for county to include promotional and implementation materials.
- Utilize multiple outreach platforms to engage participants.
- Content & Programming: The programming must accommodate a diverse workforce with ages ranging from nineteen (19) years to over sixty-five (65) years of age, varying levels of experience and education, along with a wide array of offerings to support holistic wellness.
- Mental Well-Being: This programming must address coping strategies and methods to fostering resilience among front-line workers, particularly those who have experienced COVID-related restrictions and changes to their work/life equilibrium.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 4, 2022.
