[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide staffing services to the government authority located in Nashville, TN.
1. Direct staffing placement services
- HR assisted recruiting and placement services in the areas of: administrative, finance, human resources, information technology, operations, maintenance, corporate communications, legal.
2. Temporary staffing placement services
- Establish a Preferred Contractor relationship with one or more staffing services companies to expeditiously source, screen, and provide top-quality candidates to fill temporary staffing needs for a diverse range of job classifications.
- Executive, professional and specialty services: In consultation, the Contractor shall provide services to include full service recruiting and placement services in the senior level or specialty areas of accounting, administrative, finance, human resources, information technology, operations, construction or engineering, maintenance, corporate communications, legal.
(2) A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on December 17, 2021.

Performance of the work will be on-site.
