Government authority located in Tennessee; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for marketing and communication services.
[A] Budget: Up to 600,000 USD
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing and communication services that specialize in media purchasing and advertising to reinforce the brand awareness of university, reinforce its marketing effort and increase the total number of student applications for the various programs offered by the Institution.
- Marketing and media placement to facilitate the purchase of selected external media to publicize university programs in Tennessee and selected surrounding states; plan is to reinforce the brand awareness of university and increase the total number of student applications
- Strategic marketing and advertising advice and recommendations through research and planning; agency will facilitate the purchase of out-of-home media, broadcast media, and digital/web/internet/mobile media platforms; out-of-home includes any print or digital media designed to reach consumers when they are away from home, in-transit, or commercial locations; these include billboards, signage, transit, and many emerging technologies.
- Agency must dedicated representative to act as a single point of contact and manage the account relationship; meet with representatives of the division of marketing and communication on an as needed basis to review planned campaigns and provide recommended media placement and advice; secure quotes for recommended media placement with known metrics and demographics for review and selection by the division of marketing and communication; review and manage all reports provided by the various media outlets to insure that ads are delivered as agreed; secure available metrics from the various media outlets and provide them to the division of marketing and communication; be able to facilitate remote access to allow the division of marketing and communication to remotely manage media placement for out-of-home media outlets; proactively seek out new opportunities based upon the stated objectives.
(2) Mandatory virtual pre-proposal conference will be held on December 13, 2021.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than December 16, 2021.
(4) Intent to Propose due on December 28, 2021.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
