[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide orientation registration software must be accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week unless otherwise determined by Tech; Must have the ability to automatically import and export student and registration information from ERP (Student Information System) and into ERP daily; Must be able to receive and handle over 2,000 system/server requests at a given time without causing server timeout or system downtime; Registrant access portal must be customizable and allow client the ability to edit content and match portal to client’s institution’s branding; Registrant users must be able to re-access system to change/modify existing registration; System must be mobile device friendly (tablets and mobile phones) and ADA compliant; Must have the ability to accept reservations for various orientation program event types; Registration portal must allow registrants to select special accommodations for students and guests, lodging accommodations for students and guests, complete a questionnaire, process payment using Tech’s
Touch net Payment Processing system for credit cards; Customization ability to modify system registration processes, features, and user controls; System must have the ability to automatically send confirmation emails and setup reminder emails to event/program registered students/guests/users; System must have the ability to send custom SMS text messages to registered event users; System must have a customizable student registrant questionnaire with dynamic logic to questions’ responses; System must have a course ranking component to allow registrants to prioritize preferred courses based on major and college criteria; System must have the ability to manage on-campus lodging accommodations and have room assignment management.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 23, 2021.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
