Vendor needs to provide multilingual interpreter and translation services in-person, by phone or by video conferencing to enable county schools staff members and outside agencies to effectively communicate with parents/guardians of special needs students to best serve the student; interpreters must have their own means of transportation to and from scheduled meetings, arrive on time, and dress in business attire.
