Vendor needs to provide voting system
- To replace the aging system with a newer, more efficient and more capable system, includes supply and installation of all new voting equipment, software, training, testing, and all periodic maintenance of new equipment.
- Tabulation system should be able to provide diagnostics that allow the viewing of the scanned ballot images, marks detection, and digital readings taken by the unit.
- Ballot images are easy to read and provide the ability to apply voter intent and vote tabulation rules to the viewed images
- System must not require pre-printed paper ballots for precinct tabulation
- System must not require hand marked ballots for precinct tabulation
- Election Management System (EMS) Software:
- EMS must provide for a results output that can be displayed on the Web using graphical and textual presentation of the information.
- EMS must allow for results to be reviewed on a periodic basis throughout the tabulation process, at all levels.
- Allow users to sort information such as contest order, contest title, contest type, party affiliation, district information, vote for number, number of write-ins and candidate rotation
by fields and customize the layout of various reports.
- Automatically generate a paper ballot test deck along with the expected results reports for standard paper ballots
- EMS Operating System must be Windows 10.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
