[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide consultant real estate appraisers services to the government authority located in Franklin, TN.
• Perform right-of-way (row) real estate appraisals as primary project appraiser
• Perform real estate appraisal reviews as project review appraiser (if not selected as primary project appraiser)
• Prepare for and participate in required pre-trial conferences, depositions, and court testimonies.
• Attend any public meetings that may be required
• Draft all appraisal documents following TDOT and city of franklin standards
• Coordination with appraisers, review appraisers, negotiators, closing agents, and city and TDOT staff
• Establish and maintain a project file with all applicable documentation for each tract.

Onshore (USA Organizations Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
