[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide appraisal services for water and sanitary sewer projects and the appraisals will be used to establish the fair market value for individual right-of-way transactions including fee simple and water and sewer utility easements to the government authority located in Johnson City, TN.
- 14,000 linear feet of a large diameter pressured sewer force main beginning in calendar year 2021-2022. The Surveyor will convert those drawings to individual parcel descriptions of the right-of-way takes and individual parcel maps that are to be used by the Appraiser and a Legal Firm to complete the acquisition process. The Surveyor will verify property tax ownership and property boundaries. There are an estimated 50 parcels involved in this project. The majority of the acquisitions are for permanent and /or temporary construction easements for a portion of the properties. The negotiations with the property owners will be handled by a third party.
- 12,000 linear feet of sanitary sewer lines, a portion of which may be placed on utility easements, beginning in the calendar year 2021-2022. The Surveyor will convert those drawings to individual parcel descriptions of the right-of-way takes and individual parcel maps that are to be used by the Appraiser and a Legal Firm to complete the acquisition process. The Surveyor will verify property tax ownership and property boundaries. There are an estimated 40 parcels involved in this project. The majority of the acquisitions are for permanent and /or temporary construction easements for a portion of the properties.
