[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide COVID-19 after action review and improvement plan services to the government authority located in Knoxville, TN.
- Data Collection:
• To collect data for analysis to develop an after-action review and improvement plan/ip
• Incident command structure, coordination and response
• Epidemiological investigations and contact tracing
• Communication and community engagement
• Vaccination management and administration
• Event management (mass vaccination sites, pop-up events, etc.)
• Resource management (personnel, PPE, supplies, equipment)
• Financial management
• Document management
• Ability to rapidly recruit and hire new staff
- Data analysis:
• Vendor shall analyze collected data to compare practices, challenges, and results.
• Identify gaps between planning and practice. analyze the practices that changed over time and why
• Identify areas for improvement to strengthen or improve performance and follow-up
• Identify documentation practices and compare with other jurisdictions to determine best practices for documentation organization.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 12, 2021.

Onshore (USA Organizations Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
