[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide graduation photographer services to take photos for sale from the floor of the graduates as they receive their diplomas during commencement exercises.
- Photographers and videographers will be at each commencement ceremony and will take images for university use; but will not be selling graduation portraits to graduates and their family members
- Responsible for the financial costs associated with fulfilling its obligations under this agreement, including labor, equipment, transportation, logistics, order fulfillment, customer service, website and other administrative costs, etc.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (US Organizations Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
