[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide community health assessment services to the government authority located in Knoxville, TN.
- collect data among adults living in County, in two areas: Perceptions of health and quality of life, and/or, Health-related economic indicators.
- Data will be collected in phases:
- Phase 1: Quantitative:
- Community survey (online or telephone or both) with representative sample of at least six hundred (600) responses;
- Collection of local economic indicators comparing 2019, 2020 and 2021, as data is available
- Phase 2: Qualitative:
- Focus groups (eight (8) groups of eight to twelve (8 - 12) people each) and key informant interviews (about ten (10)); questions will pertain to the health issues identified as most pressing in the phase one community survey and based on previous County health data/surveys
- The Contractor will analyze the focus group and interview data according to accepted qualitative analysis protocols, to provide a comprehensive description of the themes that emerge from the transcripts.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 22, 2021.

Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
